Want to become a top stylist? An opportunity has arisen to become part of the team at this prestigious salon based in Peterborough and Bourne. M & Arc Hair is looking for a Hair Professional Apprentice to join the team and be part of an ongoing learning experience.
What you’ll do at work:
Duties include:
- Shampooing clients hair
- Assisting and observing stylists
- When a certain level of skill and understanding has been gained, the tasks will gradually increase to things like applying colours, blow drying, styling etc.
- Advising clients on shampoos, conditioners and treatments
- Greeting clients
- Making refreshments
- Maintaining a clean working environment

Training
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Requirements
Desirable qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements
