Community Sports Coach Level 4 Apprenticeship

As a Community Sports Coach Apprentice, you will:
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to learners to help them progress toward agreed goals
  • Design and deliver coaching programmes that focus on sustainable engagement and enrichment of participants.
  • Collaborate with the coaching team including assistant coaches, managers, sponsors, boards and wider industry support networks

You will compile a detailed portfolio of evidence, showcasing your competency in real-world mentoring scenarios. This includes:

  • Observations of coaching sessions
  • Assignments detailing skills
