Mindfulness

It’s very easy to rush through our daily lives without stopping to notice much.

Mindfulness is our basic human ability to be fully present: aware of where we are and what we are doing, but without reacting too much or being overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. It’s something we are all naturally capable of, but it’s easier to achieve when we practice mindfulness on a daily basis.

Mindfulness helps us to enjoy life and understand ourselves better. By paying attention to the present moment, our thoughts and feelings, and the world around us, we can improve our mental wellbeing.
