Lois Allen, Hair Educator at George’s Hairdressing, works one day a week with Heart of England to deliver training at all of their Leicestershire-based salons.
When asked how she found working for Heart of England Training, Lois said;
“Where Heart of England have really helped me and George’s standards is, I feel that they understand what is expected and the end goal”
“Certainly, for me having a much more in-depth support and knowledge, it has been great for me to teach the students”
She felt that the relationship between George’s and HOET has been a “professional working experience”.
“All of our standards have definitely gone up.” she said “It’s good to work with them. The confidence they instil in me if I ever got any sort of queries or concerns, they’re there hands-on, they know it inside and out…it’s definitely nice to work with a company that has those high personal standards and that, just know what their trainees want”.
“The results have shown that” she added “by working together, we have created high standards and lots of distinctions which has been fantastic”.
