This qualification is made up of an apprenticeship, Customer Service Specialist Level 3, and a CMI Certificate in first line management. By completing these two qualifications alongside one another, learners will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete both customer service and leadership tasks.
Apprentices completing this qualification could be team leaders in customer-facing environments, and supervisors managing service, behaviour, standards and performance.
As an Apprentice completing this qualification, you will:

- Follow compliance and implement equality and diversity
- Use problem solving skills to address issues and queries
You’ll gain transferable skills that are applicable to many job roles and industries.

CMI – Certificate in First Line Management
As part of this apprenticeship learners will complete a CMI Certificate in First Line Management. Apprentices and the employer will choose 3 of the units they will complete as part of their CMI certificate.
You will choose three of the following units depending on learner development requirements:

- Approaches to Managing and Leading People and Teams
- Stakeholder Communication for First Line Managers
- Professional Development as a First Line Manager
- Delivering Organisation Activities
