Salon Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship
This Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship is ideal for those starting out in a customer-facing role or looking to formalise their existing skills with a nationally recognised qualification.
Whether you’re working face-to-face, over the phone, by email, or through digital platforms, this programme prepares you to deliver high-quality service and positive experiences in any sector — public, private, or third.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will:

- Resolve complaints and follow up on customer issues
