Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
Our Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship is ideal for school leavers starting their careers, as well as current employees looking to formalise their skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
Business Administrators support and improve operations across all sectors — from education and healthcare to finance, retail, and logistics. The skills you develop are highly transferable and valued by employers nationwide.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will:
- Learn how to plan, organise, and manage administrative tasks effectively
- Develop skills in communication, document production, project coordination, and IT
- Contribute to process improvements and support business growth
- Gain confidence in working independently and as part of a team
- Deliver high-quality service while meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance
This Level 3 standard has been developed with leading UK employers including the British Council, Npower, Peugeot, and the Peter Jones Foundation — ensuring your training meets real-world business expectations.
You’ll compile a portfolio of evidence demonstrating your knowledge, skills, and behaviours. From Month 9, you’ll complete a work-based improvement project that will form part of your End Point Assessment (EPA) — the final stage that confirms your readiness for the role.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll benefit from:
- One-to-one workplace visits and mentoring
- Flexible virtual learning modules (VLE)
- Live remote support with industry-experienced Educators
