We currently work with over 500 employers from small businesses to multinationals and local authorities. Our apprenticeships are suitable for both new recruits and existing members of staff. For individuals looking to develop their career in business, whether that be business administration or business management, our nationally recognised apprenticeships are available to support growth within a commercial environment; build confidence with customers; develop IT skills and improve the ability to motivate, manage and lead other members of staff.

We are Ofsted rated ‘good’ and rank highly in the government’s database of apprenticeship providers for schools; we are actually top in the country for Associate Project Management, Team Leader Level 3 and Marketing Level 3 as a result of our pass rate and employer satisfaction ratings.

For those who are fairly new to their office role, our Level 3 Business Administration and Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeships are an ideal introduction to the environment: giving an insight into the business sector and building on a wide range of essential skills including IT, communication and resolving problems.

We also deliver training for higher-level qualifications including Management, Project Management and Team Leader/Supervisor, which are delivered alongside a CMI management diploma.

For our business apprenticeships, you will receive remote sessions with your educator as well as workplace visits depending on your region. We also offer virtual day courses for many of our apprenticeships to give you the valuable knowledge needed to help you with your chosen course.

What happens afterwards?

What happens after your apprenticeship is very much dependent on the individual employer. Many companies who recruit apprentices aim to provide a permanent role for you at the end of your training. Your salary will increase after 12 months in line with the National Minimum Wage or the company’s own salary scales.

There are also progression routes, such as enrolling onto a higher-level apprenticeship to build on your existing skills and experience
