Benefits of apprenticeships for schools

These apprenticeship courses provide excellent CPD opportunities for existing school staff, and can provide a way to invest in staff when budgets are particularly tight or there is a lack of funding available for wages. Our schools portfolio offers a selection of funded vocational qualifications. We as the training provider deliver one-to-one education sessions, based on an individualised learning plan, extending an additional arm of support to the apprentice whilst you as the employer provide a supportive working environment that allows them to excel.

So what’s the point in training for schools? Staff are motivated to re-engage with their profession, become better at their jobs and, ultimately, provide better outcomes for children.
