Beauty Therapy Level 3 Apprenticeship
The Level 3 Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship is perfect for those with experience and a sharp set of skills developed during their Level 2 qualification.
The Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapist Apprenticeship Standard is designed to equip you with the knowledge and technical ability to implement and design bespoke treatment plans; for example, advanced technical therapies such as face and body electrical treatments to meet and manage client needs and expectations.
You will become confident to implement organisational operations, contribute to the financial effectiveness of the business and both maintain and maximise resources.
Course content
The Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship course content includes: Advanced facial technical and advanced body technical treatments including Galvanic, Micro-current, Microdermabrasion, Low-intensity LED light, Skin warming devices, High/radio frequency, Lymphatic drainage equipment
Assessment
For the End-Point Assessment, you will complete a knowledge test to demonstrate knowledge. This will be followed by an observation and technology demonstration. You will be required to complete a treatment log for submission based on treatments provided using all 15 technologies. You will need 2 client models for your EPA.
Earn while you learn
You will be paid a minimum of £6.40 per hour (the apprenticeship wage is reviewed in April each year). Apprentices do not pay for their training: an apprenticeship is government-funded (sometimes your employer will make a contribution to the course costs, depending on your age).
