Our aim is to positively support our learners to develop the educational, social and employability skills and attributes which will open-up doors to a pathway of success in a diverse and ever-changing world of work.
We have developed an interactive Career Pathway platform designed to provide insights into more than 50 occupations across the four key sectors within which we deliver training.
Start by using the Skillsometer below, which has been designed to provide you with career suggestions based on your interests and behaviours. You can then explore our Career Pathways for different industries, which will give you detailed information about specific jobs.

The Skillsometer is a quiz that can help you discover what jobs you might like to do in the future. You will be presented with a series of statements. Select the emoji that shows how you feel about each statement. At the end, you will be given suggestions of jobs linked to what you most enjoy doing.
