Apprenticeships are an ideal way to get started in any chosen career as they offer the candidate the chance to earn as they learn whilst working towards a qualification or standard, and at the same time, enable them to gain valuable industry experience in any given sector. Also, Apprenticeships have changed…they are no longer only seen as a career step for young people. More and more salons are looking to apprenticeships as a way to invest in their existing staff to deliver cost effective training whilst bringing real results to their business.
We currently work with over 350 salons across the Midlands.
We offer a free apprentice recruitment service for salons. We can work with you to create an appealing job description and then we will advertise the vacancy on the National Apprenticeship Service. We will shortlist and pre-interview candidates ready for you to meet and, if appropriate, put on trial shifts prior to taking-on as an apprentice.
