Coventry Hair & Beauty College

Welcome to Heart of England Training Coventry. Our Hair & Beauty College has been running for over 25 years in the Coventry city centre – we focus on delivering practical vocational training within Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy within a commercial salon environment. You will work on paying clients which means you’ll get more confidence and better experience to get you ready for work in the industry.

Our small group sizes give opportunities for one-to-one support where needed, and you will be taught by knowledgeable staff who have worked in award-winning salons, spas and cruise ships.

Are you looking to turn your passion into a successful career? We can help you! We offer Hairdressing, Barbering and Beauty Therapy – you can progress through all levels with us and gain all the skills and knowledge you need to work within the industry. Heart of England Training has great links with employers – so if you would like to progress onto a paid apprenticeship or full-time employment, we can assist you with your next steps.

Level 1 will suit you if you are new to the industry and have little or no experience of hairdressing and barbering.

Level 2 will suit you if you have some experience in the Hairdressing and Barbering industry.

Level 2 will suit you if you have some experience and are looking to specialise as a Barber.

Level 3 is ideal if you already have a Hairdressing or Barbering qualification and want to become a Senior Stylist.

The Level 1 Certificate in Beauty Therapy will suit you if you’re just starting out in the industry. You might still be at school or working as a trainee or therapists’ assistant in a salon.

Level 2 is ideal if you want to become a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician.

Level 3 is ideal if you’ve worked in a salon, spa or similar job for some time, or have gained your Level 2 Beauty Therapy/Nail Services qualification. You may be a senior member of staff. You want to demonstrate specialist skills, focusing on salon or spa services.
