Upon reflection, Pete told u s a little bit about the career goals that he has moving forward. Pete said…

“I don’t have any specific career goals but i am looking out for continued growth in whatever role I am in.”

Pete then explained the next steps that he plans to take in his career. He said that following his apprenticeship, he is looking to take up stock and consider his options for moving forward.

“I have completed lots of additional learning over the course of the last 8 years. Now is the time for me to review what I have learned and how I can use that to obtain more potential opportunities.”

Heart of England Training value the resources and opportunities that they give out to their learners. Pete elaborated on how helpful HOET has been to him during his time with us.

“The mentoring that I have received from my educator, Zachary Zwarts, has ben truly outstanding. He has guided me through the process in a way that has always been missing with  learning that I have completed. I have no doubt in my mind that I have obtained a distinction as a result of his guidance and support”

Educator Feedback

“Pete has been a pleasure to work with over the course of the past year. he has been active and engaged with his studies throughout. In our meetings, we worked to ensure that the goals and targets set were aligned with his development. Pete was a great learner because he utilised his meetings with me to full effect and then had the independence to go into his role and evidence the various elements required to build his portfolio.”
